Lead the CRM team & manage the entire CRM department
Interface with the customers during post sales gestation period & communicate with clarity with them with regard to the progress of Villa / Sky Villa
Co-ordinate with the relevant departments like Accounts / Sales / Engineering / Architecture for collating information and communicating to the customers
Provide direction and leadership to the modification team for modifications required by customers with adherence to the modifications policy and SOP
