Track sales activity and generating compiled reports for submission to the management

Provide inputs for product improvement in terms of design to the architects on the basis of customer feedback

Maintain and appraise the management using primary and secondary data of the research on demand supply dynamics, competition analysis etc.

Keep a track of existing & potential customer

Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time

Prepare MIS on weekly basis

Comprehensive & in-depth knowledge of market dynamics

Job Description

Lead the CRM team & manage the entire CRM department

Interface with the customers during post sales gestation period & communicate with clarity with them with regard to the progress of Villa / Sky Villa

Co-ordinate with the relevant departments like Accounts / Sales / Engineering / Architecture for collating information and communicating to the customers

Provide direction and leadership to the modification team for modifications required by customers with adherence to the modifications policy and SOP

Prepare all project related documents like agreements, allotment letters , other charges etc. in consultation with the management

Managing team to ensure collections/receivables are as per company norms

Overall in charge of customer satisfaction and collection post sales

Follow up with customers for stage wise payments through the life cycle of the construction and handover process

Organize events on handing over flats for customers & oversee customer service department to ensure adequate customer support is given post handing over

Address queries on routine basis and manage escalations

Maintain and provide regular MIS to the management

Spearhead the loyalty program among existing customers

Coordinate with all department for all issues, documents etc. required for CRM issues

Prepare reports in prescribed formats for management through software

Management’s single point of contact for all CRM related issues


Knowledge of banking operations
