To manage the entire customer life cycle from booking till possession

To ensure collections/receivable targets are as per company norms. Control and tracking of customer dues & monitoring outstanding payments

Closing the complaints of customers with proper grievance redressal. Checking all demands/receipts generated and day to day communication sent to the customers

Completion of Bank Loan formalities i.e. Allotment Letter, Agreement, TPA & PTM for disbursement

Regular follow up with team for cases against demands

Coordination with all the internal departments for ensuring timely resolution to all the customer queries
